Your details, protected

Milan Club Adelaide is the official AC Milan supporters club of South Australia, affiliated with AIMC (Associazione Italiana Milan Club) and Milan Clubs Australia.

For any privacy question, or to access, correct or delete your information, contact us at enquiries@milanclubadelaide.com.au.

When you join or renew, we collect your name, date of birth, residential address, phone number and email address, along with your membership type and the season you are paying for.

We record confirmation that your payment succeeded. We do NOT collect or store your card number — card details are entered directly with our payment processor (Stripe).

We use your details to administer your membership (your member number, welcome email, member communications and benefits) and to complete your official AIMC registration (tesseramento) with AC Milan’s worldwide supporters network.

AIMC (Associazione Italiana Milan Club), in Italy, for your official registration with AC Milan.

Milan Clubs Australia, for national coordination of Australian Milan clubs.

Stripe, which processes your payment. Your card details are provided directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by the club.

Our database is hosted with Supabase on secured infrastructure. We never sell your personal information or use it for unrelated third-party marketing.

Because AIMC is based in Italy, the details you provide for registration are disclosed overseas (Italy / the European Union). By becoming a member you consent to this overseas disclosure, which is necessary for your AIMC registration.

Your information is held in a secured database with access restricted to authorised committee members. Payments are handled by Stripe under its PCI-DSS certified systems.

We keep your details for as long as you are a member and for a reasonable period afterwards to maintain accurate club and AIMC registration records. You may ask us to delete your details at any time (subject to any records we are required to keep).

You can ask us to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. To change your registered details or make a request, email enquiries@milanclubadelaide.com.au and we will update your AIMC registration accordingly.

When you join or renew, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your information as described in this notice, including the overseas disclosure to AIMC. You can withdraw consent by ending your membership and asking us to delete your details.
